In the beginning of the article, Milstein depicts how at the turn of the century Israel came to be an independent Jewish state through the hands of proactive leaders who sought to eradicate the growth of anti-Semitism. Moreover, Milstein decides to incorporate a bit of historical content within the article in his mention of the Jewish fight for freedom during World War II and how they were led to do so by fearless leaders in order to overcome their oppression in the Warsaw Ghetto.

In his recollection of these moments of the past, Adam Milstein makes the attempt to emphasize to his audience the importance of the historical perspective on the Jewish stance and their fight to freedom by much needed leaders. Nevertheless, in doing so, Milstein calls out to those young leaders whom he claims are most often the ones who relish their past the most with the hopes of sparking an inner desire to fight to save the State of Israel from being divided by The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign being held around the world.

Jeff Schneider | Caring and Giving

The esteemed and wonderful Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is quoted saying, “Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness.” Likewise, Richard Dawkins agrees asserting, “Let us try to teach generosity and altruism, because we are born selfish.” Whether or not you agree, science has proven this to be true blowing the idea of “tabula rasa” out of the water. The recently published work by Stanford University Professor, Dr. Paul Bloom, thoroughly explores the ideas expressed by Richard Dawkins.

Thinkers, scientists, truth seekers, and other leaders have both believed in and taught the value of caring throughout the course of human history. It’s no secret that some of us are just born with an innate desire to help others. It’s what has kept the human race going and it’s what will propel the human race into the future. Selfless giving is undeniably valued, but let’s face it: It’s not common. While using one’s free time to help someone else is not always an easy feat, it is undoubtedly, incredibly worthwhile. We’ve all been told the old proverb, “it’s better to give than receive.” The famous saying is a modern adaptation of the bible verse taken from the book of Acts. The original quote is, “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” This bible verse sheds light on an important but rarely described attribute of giving. While altruism is usually described as moral and good, it’s not commonly discussed as hard work; nevertheless, it is. Jeff Schneider, CEO and dedicated philanthropist, knows that helping others can be laborious but he doesn’t back down from the challenge. Rather, he’s eager and enthusiastic to step up and help the community and others.

As he continues to do all he can to give back, Jeffry Schneider remains dedicated and focused on building better, stronger, better educated communities. By helping kids strive to achieve more and by helpingothers understand the value of community bonds, Jeffry Schneider exhibits daily what it takes to be a caring leader. Jeff Schneider keeps his mind focused on his altruistic mission and is always ready to extend his philanthropic reach. He views each day as a gift and an opportunity to help someone else. He puts others first, attempting to make the world a better place in which to live. Check out Jeffry Schneider’s Crunchbase page.

Inner Details About Larkin & Lacey Frontera Fund

Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin are journalists who have dedicated their lives to defending human rights. The duo co-founded Phoenix New Times and Village Voice Media, avenues through which they speak for the voiceless and particularly immigrants. Sometime back, the two journalists were arrested by Sheriff Joe Arpaio from their respective homes.

When people got to know about it, they filled Arizona city with uproars demanding justice for Jim and Lacey. Arpaio had arrested them late in the night on claims of funding immigrants’ rights foundations throughout Arizona. Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin had also exposed the presence of ostentatious jury proceedings that kept seeking notes from their articles, especially those unmasking the Sherriff.

Ruling From the Bench

After investigations, it was concluded that Jim and Michael should not have been arrested. As it is, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has a way of doing things his way and does not care about the rights of the people. Read more: Jim Larkin | LinkedIn and Village Voice Media | Wikipedia

Arpaio had also argued that the duo exposed his residence, which had long been hidden from the public for what he cited as security reasons. Joe had to compensate these journalists for having taken unlawful steps against them, ending up violating their rights.

As a result, Jim and Michael received a settlement of $3.75 million. Their deep commitment to their causes got them channeling Frontera Fund to the support of organizations advocating for human, civil, and migrants rights. The funds will also go a long way in fighting for civic participation and freedom of speech across Arizona.

Efforts by 350 Community Organizations to Protect the Immigrants From Being Tagged as Criminals

Recently, Larkin and Lacey Frontera Fund joined 350 community organizations in signing against HR9637, the Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act, which is a bill in Congress.

In their letter, they urged the representatives to oppose the “Criminal Alien Gang Member Removal Act,” because of the implication the wording had on the migrants. According to them, the legislation tended to create a new explanation of the expression “criminal gang,” where they also attached draconian migration fines to that definition. Learn more about Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin:

How inhuman! As it is, the bill targeted the innocent immigrants who never committed any criminal offense for deportation. It would be so unkind of America to violate the obligations of those seeking asylum in their nation. The bill, as explained in the letter, only depicted sheer racial profiling and other unlawful police force practices against the poor asylum seekers.

What’s In The Bill?

The said bill targeted any non-citizen, regardless of their loyalty to America’s law and their input to the growth of the county’s infrastructure.

As long as you are a non-citizen, then you could be taken into custody, detained, and expatriated on the claims of being a “gang member.” This is such a low evidentiary that would only impose unnecessary guilt on the neighboring communities of color.

The so-called criminals would be charged by their color and not necessarily participating in crimes. The organization joined by Larkin and Lacey were acting to bar such bills rising to demonize migrant communities. The world needs more of such sound-minded and bold authorities.
